Email Invoice to Finance Department
This automation, when turned on, will automatically send an email with a pdf invoice to your education provider partner's email address you specified in its profile, every time you generate an invoice. The email the system will send is branded with your company's logo and it looks like this:
Student Visa Expiry Date
This automation will send an automatic email to your student, at a certain number of weeks prior to the student visa expiring. You can choose the number of weeks prior to the student visa expiring date, when you want the email to be automatically sent. You can choose for the email to be sent up to 10 weeks prior to the student visa expiry date. If you leave the field blank, the automation is deactivated. The purpose of this automation is to reengage with your student and offer assistance with his future studies or visa applications if needed. The email sent will be branded with your company's logo and it will look like this:
Student Instalment Due
This automation will send an automatic email to your student, at a certain number of weeks prior to the tuition instalment being due. You can choose the number of weeks prior to the instalment due date, when you want the email to be automatically sent. You can choose for the email to be sent up to 4 weeks prior to the instalment due date. If you leave the field blank, the automation is deactivated. The purpose of this automation is to remind your student that the instalment is due. The email sent will be branded with your company's logo and it will look like this:
