You can update your profile image/avatar, company full logo, company reduced logo, name and basic preferences in the My account section of
Settings.Change your profile image
- Click
Settings→My Account.
- You'll notice the Avatar section on the right side of the screen.
- Click
Upload.
- Click
Upload Imageto choose a picture.
- Adjust the picture by dragging the corners.
- Click
Save
Change password
- You can change an existing password by using your old password and creating a new one:
Reset password
- If you forgot your password, navigate to https://app.inteleagent.io/#/login in your web browser.
- Click the
Forgot?link right next to where you're supposed to use your password to login.
- Enter the email address associated with your Inteleagent account.
- Click the
Submitbutton.
- We'll send a temporary password to your email address. You will be able to login using the temporary password.
- We recommend you change your password as soon as you login to your account
