We made it easy to add a course in Inteleagent.
The first step you need to take is head to your list of Providers and choose the provider you want to add a course for.
Here's a visual
Once you click the "+" button to add that course,
- Choose the Course Type: ELICOS, Vocational Education and Training, or Higher Education
- The course name
- The duration of the course (no. of months)
- The number of subjects the course has
- Total cost
- Commission Type: FLAT or %
- Commission (percentage or flat amount)
- "per number of subjects" field represents the number of subjects you get paid commission for, out of the total number of subjects. For example, if the course has 16 subjects, your provider agreement might say you only get paid 10% for the first 8 subjects. This means you write number 8 in the field.
Course Duration
This field asks you for the duration of the course expressed in the number of months. For example, if a Master degree has a duration of 2 years, this would translate in 24 months. For a 1-year duration, this would be 12 months duration.
Total Number of Subjects
A Master degree for example, generally has 16 subjects. However, there are Master degrees with 12 subjects. This field is where you place this information
Total course cost
This is the field where you would write down the total cost of the course. For example, if the course costs $52000, you would write down 52000 in this field.
Commission Type
You will need to choose if your education provider pays you a percentage based or a flat commission for referring your students to them.
Commission
This is where you write down the commission percentage you receive for this particular course. For example, if the education partner agreement says you are entitled to 10% commission for this course, you would write down 10 in this field. If your education provider agreement says you are entitled to a $1000 for each application, you write down 1000 in this field.
Number of subjects the commission percentage is applied on
Generally, for Master and Bachelor degrees of 2 years, you will be able to claim a commission of 10% on the first 8 subjects only. This is the field where you will write down the number of subjects you can claim commission on. If you need to claim commission on the whole course, you write down the total number of subjects available in the course.
Cost per week
English language course providers generally charge a student on a per week basis. This is the field where you will need to write down how much does your education provider offer its courses for.
That's it! :)
