Status

This is a feature similar to Lead Scoring in your general CRMs. You are able to score your students depending on how likely they are to convert to an actual application. You can choose how Cold, Warm, or Hot they are when it comes to converting. Every change in status is recorded in the student timeline.
This feature is especially useful when used in conjunction with the sorting feature. You are able to sort the status of your students, the ones who are hot will appear on top of the list.

Activity

This feature will allow you to track any changes in your relationship with your student. Events recorded in the timeline are:
  • status changes
  • notes
  • documents uploaded to student’s profile;
Documents uploaded here will sync with all applications associated with the student. Documents uploaded to a particular application will not sync with the documents in the student profile.
