Setting up automatic reminders
When you set a due date and a time for a task, Inteleagent will automatically set a reminder for you. For example, when you create a task for tomorrow at 4pm, Inteleagent will automatically send you a reminder 5, 15, 30, or 45 minutes beforehand, depending on your settings.
You can change your default reminder settings to choose how much time beforehand you want to receive the automatic reminder by email:
